At Kove The Brand, we want to ensure your performance gear fits perfectly; if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn gear with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
